Where I plan to write my public letter to EL AL
My family had a nightmare experience flying ELAL Flight # LY008 NYC to TLV on April 15 2013. Unfortunately, the unprofessional attitude of whom might not even be true ELAL employees, rather JFK airport contract employees that interact with ELAL customers, caused us an agonizing tearful trip. I will first attempt to resolve my issue privately and directly with ELAL management. If I'm unsuccessful or can not make progress, I will post my open letter to ELAL on this site, www.dearelal.com.
